Who Can Join Us?
We welcome established providers and newcomers who commit to our standards. If you’re motivated to deliver 5-star cleaning and communicate well with customers, you’re in the right place.
- Professional attitude, honesty, and reliability
- Teamwork — operate as a team of two or more
- Work availability — at least 4 days per week
- Coverage — ~40 km radius from your base
- Good spoken English and customer service
- Eligibility to work in Canada
What You’ll Need
- Reliable vehicle for transporting equipment
- Full kit of tools, solutions, mops, vacuums, etc.
- Carpet & upholstery machine (hot water extraction)
- Smartphone for job updates, maps, photos
- Ability to recruit 2–4 team members as you grow
